After 2 visits having dealt with Michael Chetty whereby he was rude, insulting and when I let him know I would not come back he responded with "fine then go" and an a service call to switch from all seasons to winter tires that took 2.5 hours with a scheduled appointment I had the opportunity to speak with Sam. The first difference, he smiled! The second, he was polite. Most importantly he was not impressed about the service I had previously received. He made a point of ensuring me that it would not happen again. In dealing with him I received prompt, courteous service on several occasions. He is the only reason I continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. More

I had been in the market for a new Downsview Chrysler and Domenic Bertucci are hands down the only dealership and salesman i will buy from anymore. I had been in the market for a new/used Dodge Ram 1500 for a few months and only having bad experiences. Then i was recommended to go see Domenic at Downsview and that was the best decision i could have made. Domenic and everyone at the dealership were friendly, helpful and very very reasonable. 10/10 and i plan on recommending them and going back to Downsview for my next truck. More

Thinking I found it at my local dealership for $300 they told me I could pick it up in 5 days. A friend of mine recommended Downsview Chrysler where he has had postivie experiences. I called about a week ago and spoke to Sam regarding some noise in the car. My hesitation was that being Saturday I would have to wait and spend most of my day there. Bring it in - he says and we can take a look. When I took the car in the staff was very friendly and courteous. I was very impressed with Sam's knowledge and patience with me. . After a short test drive he not only told me what the car needed but ensured that I understood and was in agreement. What I really value in this place is the customer service and the fact that there is no hidden anything with respect to the service provided or the pricing. I really appreciated the fact that Sam not only explained to me what was needed to be fixed but what I should be looking for as well. More
Horrible I purchased several vehicles before, but never been insulted by a sales manager. Vocabulary such as " don't stand at my door" or action such as "reaping the invoice" and telling the customer "what's the problem now?" are disgusting, and shouldn't be in the vocabulary of any sales manager. Even if the business is family oriented, I'm suggesting that the president should review Jacob's qualifications as sales manager. This all happened after i brought a relative to this location, and he purchased a $60,000 + vehicle. And they have guts to get different sales personnel to call me once or twice a week to offer me a "DEAL" Shove up your......... you know what. Disgusting. Only when i think about my experience, my blood pressure skyrockets. I'm sharing my experience with all friends and acquaintances. More

We arrived early on a Saturday morning travelling from Oshawa to be told that they weren't open until 9am but luck would have it a salesman by the name of Domenic was there early so we had the pleasure of dealing with him, and a pleasure it was. He was genuine and sincere and took the time to answer all of my husband's questions. He wasn't pushy with us and spent 4 hours working out a deal with us to get us exactly what we wanted. He possesses excellent customer service skills and is a very likeable guy unlike other salesmen we have dealt with in the past. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, more importantly I would recommend Domenic Bertucci. More
