Peter is down-to-earth, personable and made every effort to walk me through all the relevant details and put any concern I had at ease. Further, Brian Paquette, the sales manager, was also a pleasant surprise as he too worked extremely hard to make my experience terrific. Peter truly went above and beyond. Given some extenuating circumstances in working through my Ford buyout with my previous dealership, Peter probably worked harder on this transaction than most.
