This dealership is big and has lots of new as well as used inventory. Rex was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. He didn't wasted my time as well as his time in making a deal work for both dealer and me but the finance manager I dealt with (don't remember the name) was trying to push me to but extra warranties and other stuff that I didn't wanted to buy. and he was trying to humiliate. But it was just 5 minutes of dealing with that finance manager. Otherwise it was a great experience meeting Rex Lu and will recommend him if you are planning to buy car from downs view Chrysler. Even the delivery of the car was pretty fast and satisfying. Rex called me couple of times to confirm if the car working good and i like it or not. He even called me to confirm that no payments are deducted for my car that I traded in. Though it was a bad experience for 5 min dealing with finance manager. But I will give 5 star rating to Downsview as well as its salesman who was able to get me a good deal and friendly car buying experience. More

New SUV I started looking at Jeep Cherokees last year in August, being a BMW driver for over thirteen years it was difficult to get my head around another bra I started looking at Jeep Cherokees last year in August, being a BMW driver for over thirteen years it was difficult to get my head around another brand of vehicle but as I do not like the later 3 series Beemer's anymore because they drive like any other new car today. I have always wanted a Jeep since my teen years and decided to investigate them. At Downsview Chrysler/Jeep I was introduced to Peter Groberman and was up front with him as to not being 100% ready to make a decision at that time, he was helpful and did not rush me off even though he new I was not buying that day, he showed me several vehicles and educated me on them as well as offering for me to take a test drive. A few months later I went back to Peter again almost ready to buy and again he was very nice. I did not buy at that time because right after that meeting I became overwhelmed in personal matters after braking my leg, several months later I went directly back to Peter as I was ready to buy ! He got me into the PERFECT vehicle - the Jeep Cherokee Limited and he along with John and Leslie worked out a comfortable financial plan me. I am thrilled with my new SUV, it's features, comfort and performance, it is so much peppier than I imaged now that I've been driving it for a few days. In retrospect I wish I had purchased the very first vehicle that Peter showed me on the first day as it was pretty much what I ended up with and I could have been enjoying it all this time. I realize now that Peter understood what I wanted, however I had to go through my due process. Now that I know Peter and trust him implicedly next time I'll send him an email and just go pick up my new vehicle ! Thank you Peter ! More

Whether buying new or used, the car purchase experience can be varied, and in many cases causes the consumer stress and uncertainty. This was NOT the case with Peter and Downsview Chrysler. Peter is down-to-earth, personable and made every effort to walk me through all the relevant details and put any concern I had at ease. Further, Brian Paquette, the sales manager, was also a pleasant surprise as he too worked extremely hard to make my experience terrific. Peter truly went above and beyond. Given some extenuating circumstances in working through my Ford buyout with my previous dealership, Peter probably worked harder on this transaction than most.
