Best car sales experience I have had. Stopped in to check out the new Jeep Cherokee and was approached by John Bassett. Found him to be friendly, helpful and courteous. Decided on the Cherokee Sport, and while they did not have what we were looking for on the lot, John located a suitable vehicle elsewhere and had it at their place within a week. Have been very pleased with the Jeep, and when we had trouble with the key remote not properly functioning in our underground, Sandro in the service department was able to replace the remotes very quickly. Very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Best dealership I've ever visited I met with Carlos Baptista Vice President of the dealership with a small problem that I had with the ford that I was driving. He showed me how to fix it and asked me did I want to maybe trade it in. I said I might be but was a little fearful of spending money on another car. He showed me how I would save money on maintenance and gas mileage and then introduced to me Ben Kepecs who sold me my brand new Journey. I could not have been happier, he then introduced me to Ed Comsa service manager and Ed took me for a tour of the service shop and he said if I ever had any trouble with the car to ask for him. I have now told all my friends and family to buy their cars here at Downsview Chrysler. More

Originally the cars they had on the lot didn't match my specifications. In fact, they were more expensive than what I needed and with options I didn't need. I was moving forward with the purchase anyway though, but once they realized it wasn't what I preferred most, they stopped the sale and started from scratch to find a new one to order me! They already had my credit card and literally stopped the sale to get me something more appropriate. I've bought three cars from dealerships before, and I've also been to many others, and never, NEVER has that happened. On top of that, they also worked really hard and gave me an amazing deal, but from my experience, you can get deals almost anywhere, but you rarely get sincerity. Thanks to Gulia and Eli, I got the car I actually wanted, for a price I wanted, even though it meant more work for them. They gained a lifetime customer. More
