I spoke with him the next day and made an appointment to meet with him. He was aware that We had seen a car at ajax dealership, by the time we meet with him he had already inquired about the car we had seen and was prepared to drive to ajax himself t pick it up for us. John Guppy has always treated my family and friends with the utmost respect. He clearly understands everybody's financial position and recommends what's best for the purchaser not the dealer. He has sold a lot of vehicles to my friends in the past and when they have price shopped no one comes close to his deals. He is genuine and friendly and always has time to say hello when he see's us at the dealership. In the past purchasing a vehicle was very stressful and some times difficult. Many salesmen try to "push" a loaded vehicle or even a model that will be refreshed the following year. They do not listen to the customers needs just their commission. At Downsview Chrysler John has assembled many experienced and knowledgeable salespeople who truly understand the stress of a new car purchase and try to make it a great and exciting experience. I got nowhere dealing with dealerships up north so when I was talking to Jacob he convinced me to come down to Toronto with my Dodge Ram to find out what I could get for a trade in and that he would "make it happen". Well I didn't have much faith but with his positive outlook and eagerness I fell for it and went down to Toronto . And boy am I glad I did. When I saw how hard he seemed to be fighting with his manager through the glass office , I actually thought I had a chance. But when he handed me the keys to my brand new 2015 Grand Caravan I almost fell over. Randy Dury- Sales person that provides solutions I was referred to Randy through a colleague. I was in a postion that was moving from a single vehicle (that was at the end of its lease) and needing I was referred to Randy through a colleague.
