Anil Nijhawan (sales rep) came over to greet us but there was NO PRESSURE. He answered all our questions, was very relaxed, friendly and knowledgable. We chose to buy the Honda Accord that morning and the sales transaction was very nicely handled. Everything was done professionally and in a timely, courteous fashion. This was the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle and we would not hesitate to recommend Dow Honda and in particular the help of our sales representative Anil Nijhawan. Luckily, I had Francois Viau to help me out. I had been to many dealerships in the weeks before I finally purchased a car (a 2007 Civic from Dow) and the dealers I met used all the typical 'scare tactics' to get me to sign right away. When I spoke with Francois for the first time, I was relieved! I left Dow with nothing but a list of potential price quotes and lots of info on the cars I was considering - no catches or conditions. Sure enough, within a couple of days I was back at the dealership and ready to buy. I bought my car on my 2nd visit and because it was late in the evening, my sales rep (Frank) had gone home. But still the other sales rep (Bob) and the sales manager were able to help me out on behalf of Frank. We had a question for Frank and we were able to reach him anyway. They are a great family of employees and they happily help each other out. Pros: Everything was deal with perfectly & professionally. Cons: None whatsoever I will definitely buy my next Honda at DOW. I walked into Dow Honda with no intention of renewing my lease as I had an unpleasant experience four years ago. I walked out after signing a new lease.
