It was a good auto buying decisison and after using the car for a year we are pleased and satisfied. Anil was very friendly, reliable and helpful. I visited 3 or 4 dealers in the Ottawa region. I ended I visited 3 or 4 dealers in the Ottawa region. I ended up buying at DOW Honda with the best price, the friendliest employees and the best overall exp I visited 3 or 4 dealers in the Ottawa region. I ended up buying at DOW Honda with the best price, the friendliest employees and the best overall experience. I bought my car on my 2nd visit and because it was late in the evening, my sales rep (Frank) had gone home. But still the other sales rep (Bob) and the sales manager were able to help me out on behalf of Frank. We had a question for Frank and we were able to reach him anyway. They are a great family of employees and they happily help each other out. Pros: Everything was deal with perfectly & professionally. Cons: None whatsoever I will definitely buy my next Honda at DOW. Thanks Guys!! More

I walked into Dow Honda with no intention of renewing my lease as I had an unpleasant experience four years ago. I walked out after signing a new lease.
