Ser Purchased a 2014 KIA Sorento at this dealership - vehicle has run very well and is extremely comfortable. PRO: Dealing with Felina was excellent. Service team (Peter, Kelly, Ray) are excellent too. CON: Sorento does not get the gas mileage advertised and required service is excessive. She did everything she could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. She also made follow up phone calls to assure complete satisfaction. When my younger son start looking for a car, I recommended Donnely and Felina. He was very pleased with the service provided. This is the reason this year I got back to Donnely to purchase my second Optima. This year the sale person was Krystof Kolbik since Felina was in vacation. .Even if they don't have the car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it delivered for you. Don't waste your time... I went in to test drive a few of the used vehicles they had on the lot. After about 10mins someone finally came out of the building...... I do realize it was a very warm day, but that is your JOB! The young man we dealt with had no idea what he was doing or what he was selling. After every question, he had to go inside to check, then I would have another question and again, back inside. I just drove the vehicles to get an idea and I left. Also, it was the first time that a dealer came in the car for a test drive......... I would never go back to look at the cars, let alone buy one. More
Never buy from here Went a test drove the vans. Then asked to buy that specific one. Went through the whole sales process and and they read me my sales receipt stating I Went a test drove the vans. Then asked to buy that specific one. Went through the whole sales process and and they read me my sales receipt stating I will be getting that (test driven vehicle) in red with a blu-Ray player. Couple days later they tell me come pick up my van and it is completely different then what was agreed upon. I go back in to talk with the sales guy and he leaves for 30min to go grab the 2 other guys we talked to for all 3 of them to harass me saying this is what I asked for: a model $3000 more with automatic doors, push button start, 2 DVD players and protection packages for things I do not have. All 3 of them lied to me trying to say they don't have my file when it was sitting in the office and I pointed at it and they wouldn't give me copies of things in my file. All in all went in and was told I bought and will receive a $30k vehicle and am now stuck with a $43k vehicle. Even the general manager is disrespectful and rude They are the worst car company don't ever go there! More
