When I was looking for my very first Brand New Car, I knew it had to be a Volkswagen. When I bought my car (a lovely Jetta) Emil Paloma was my Sales Adviser. I don't know if that's his official title, but he was so much more than a Car Salesman. He helped me every step of the way, helping me make the decision of which Jetta was best for me and making sure I got the Colour I wanted. (silly, but true, the colour was Really important to me). He treated me with respect and more importantly, he treated my 2 Teens (aged 14+16) respectfully. They both plan on buying VW's when they're ready to buy.(and Yes, it will be from Emil) To let you know how impressed I was and am with Emil, I referred my Boss to him, and she happily bought a Jetta from Emil at Don Valley Volkswagen too. As far as the service department goes, they are terrific. They remind me via e-mail and phone when it's time to get my oil changed or winter tires changed, and always get my car back to me when they say it will be ready. I also love that it's always clean and fresh smelling. I am a Realtor, and I know the value of customer care. As for the car (2012 Golf, sportline), when you look into what you get and the quality it is a really good 'bang for the buck'. It won't be the cheapest car out there but money is not everything. It rides solid with great handling and worth the extra money. 6 months driving this car and it still feels like the day it left the dealer. Do not hesitate to go to this dealer is looking for a car. Definitely worth the stop. More
