Stay away from this dealer Dishonest Dealer, When this dealer sold me the extended warranty, the sales told me the coverage is the same as the regular warranty, but it's actual Dishonest Dealer, When this dealer sold me the extended warranty, the sales told me the coverage is the same as the regular warranty, but it's actually not true, there are tons of parts are not covered which you have to under standard cars and read the whole ECP agreement to figure out. And the dealer claims their sales had fully explained the coverage. And my ECP was deactivated at this dealer without my knowledge. And Service is poor as well, one time, they gave me estimate of 3 hours service but eventually made my waited for more than 7 hours. By the way, their hourly labor rate is higher than other dealers. Their shuttle driver is not familiar with the road, will drive you around to pick up other customers where drop you first is more efficient. Final words, Stay away from this dealer and don't by ECP. If you do want a Toyota, check other dealers first. It's very hard to negotiate the price with this dealer. This dealer won't go below invoice price + 8%. When others might do invoice price + 6%. Service quality is poor as well. I had them fixed a windows rubber frame (loosing when open the window) last time and 2 weeks later, after a rain, the problem came back. More

Based on recent car purchase at DVN toyota, DVN toyota has certainly gone downhill and is the place to stay away. They overcharge on prices (I estimated I pay at least $1500 for an entry-level compact car) and they are always pushing people to give them good reviews. The facility is nice and very big with lots of staff, but someone has to pay for that, right? So ya every interaction with a PA, is about upselling and buying lots of stuff you don't need. I was so comfortable with my choice with no pressure and made a fair deal. What I did not like was detailing. The car was not cleaned and seats were not vacuumed. Although Tony took care of that and took the car to the detail shop again, I was not happy with that. Overall good experience. I can not believe that I got my car with no hassle.
