Between my wife and myself, our two children and several grandchildren we have acquired 8 Hyundai vehicles from DVNH and 2 from another dealership. It has always been an absolute pleasure dealing with Tigr grandchildren we have acquired 8 Hyundai vehicles from DVNH and 2 from another dealership. It has always been an absolute pleasure dealing with Tigran Avagyan in Sales and with Run Zheng recently' The Service Department has always been great to deal with and Sean Cheng in particular. The Financial and Receptionists also need to be recognized for excellent service as well. I always recommend DVNH when talking about cars amongst acquaintances and friends. More
I purchased a car at this dealer 3 years ago and initially everything was great. As time went by the service department began going downhill fast. On more than one occasion I had been wait for my ca initially everything was great. As time went by the service department began going downhill fast. On more than one occasion I had been wait for my car for over one hour after it had been serviced without an advisor informing me it had been ready. Recently I had my 3 year old car towed to this dealer as it would not start. As per THEIR instructions I dropped off the car and placed the key in the key box. I spent 2 hours the phone the next day and they could not give me a simple status update as to whether they received the keys and what the next steps would be. After the renovation and upgrade they are more concerned about image rather than the customer. This dealer provides the worst service. Bad service with a smile. Update* They finally called me to tell me while they had put me on hold for over 25 min during one of the calls they got too busy with other stuff to come back to me. Also since my vehicle was towed in it constitutes as low priority. Common sense says if the vehicle had to be towed because it could not be driven in it’s probably a higher emergency. Update 2* it ended up being the motor starter and I was informed it would take 3-5 business days to fix and since it’s almost the weekend I’m looking at 7 days. They also informed me a rental is not guaranteed and I may have to pay for a rental for a warranty job that is delayed by this dealer. It almost seems like they go out of their way to cause problems. I really hope none of you reading this review has to go through this. It’s a big waste of time and money with these guys. More

So very disappointed with every aspect of our experience with this dealership. Top of the list is that when they give you what appears to be a good deal, they fail to let you know that the deal implies with this dealership. Top of the list is that when they give you what appears to be a good deal, they fail to let you know that the deal implies that you are held hostage with them and that you are unable to deal with any other Hyundai dealer. We decided to buy the car after our lease ended. The whole experience was a nightmare, with us being charged various amounts that were undisclosed before. The prices quoted on the website are far lower than what they decided they want to charge. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that I would receive a call last afternoon. No call till this present moment. None of the people that were supposed to take care of this transaction was in the office or even had any idea of this appointment. Every piece of information given to us by different people in the dealership has been non-accurate. We now realize that they told us what we hoped we would hear. This is our third time dealing with them. We thought our first experience with them was great until we were held hostage at the end of our first lease wherein we were forced to go into a new lease or pay thousands of dollars on various fees. Just prior to this, though, we had already entered into another transaction - a purchase of a vehicle. Never again will I do business with DVNH. I cannot trust a single word they say. More
We walked into this dealership on a whim, not seriously looking for anything in April. Spencer Luk was our sales rep and he walked us through the features of the Santa Fe and offered us a test drive of the looking for anything in April. After the drive he explained he had no stock and would have to order it in. We were pressed for time so we left with just a reasonable impression of the vehicle and the dealership. Having Bering to others we really liked Spencer's no pressure approach to sales. He was patient and thorough. He answered our questions to the best of his knowledge. We came back the next week to put an order in for at 2022, but by that time they were taking 2023 orders. Fast forward a few months, Spencer called and informed us that there was no end in sight for the wait times for a 2023, but he had sourced a 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid for us and it would be ready to pick up mid Aug. Susan, Spencer's colleague walked me through financing options and warranties. She explained everything very carefully and very well. We are extremely happy with the car and the level of service from Don Valley Hyundai. More
