I am very unhappy with the service provided by Huyndai Don Valley. I own a 2023 Hyundai that was purchased at the Don Valley dealership this September. I gave my car in for regular maintenance. I called the dealer but the service department said their mechanics have nothing to do with the damage. So, I contacted a body shop that told me this type of damage would only occur if the car was put in reverse with the driver door opened. Why would I ever drive in reverse with the door open...the car comes with a reverse camera. Maybe if I was someone looking out the bottom of the open door trying to line the car up with a car lift... Very unhappy, my brand new car now has damage from I think was a mechanics negligence. More
