David Lee was professional, helpful and great to work with. Joe Cook made the financing aspect easy to understand and explained all my options clearly, and thoroughly with no surprises. The whole process was seamless and within the day, I had signed the papers for my new car. Thank you Destination Mazda, you are the best Mazda Dealership in the Lower Mainland! More
Mercedes Boundary you lose Destination Mazda you ROCK !!!!!! WOW just picked up my new 2015 Mazda 6 GT fully loaded after only 3 days said it may take a month. Every single person working at this dealership is w WOW just picked up my new 2015 Mazda 6 GT fully loaded after only 3 days said it may take a month. Every single person working at this dealership is warm, welcoming and professional. I will put your service up against the top high end Dealerships and you win hands down and I have had experiences with most of them. Switching from Mercedes and BMW I was reluctant thinking Mazda would not match up with the higher valued cars I am used too. Was I wrong not only does my car look way classier and sexier , it has all the technology for half the price. I am looking forward to many years of dealing with your amazing staff. Thanks again for going above and beyond Garie Chan (salesman of the year) and Joe Cook (smoothest finisher ever Financial Services) a very satisfied lifetime customer. Cynthia Bevacqua More

Mike took the time to answer all of my questions and was patient with my prying family. He even pulled the baby seat out of his personal vehicle to demonstrate how it would fit in the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I highly recommend destination Mazda for a positive experience purchasing a new vehicle. More
Very helpful and friendly. Their prices have seemed reasonable, even what they charge for parts. They've also been very fair with the billing while trying to diagnose what's going on with my vehicle reasonable, even what they charge for parts. This dealership has been great to me so far. Treated me fairly and service is great. They do make additional recommendation inwhich andytal described it as an "upsell", but so does any other dealership or fairly and service is great. They do make additional recommendation inwhich andytal described it as an "upsell", but so does any other dealership or small shop such as Mr. Lube will do the same. Some of these upsells can be good for your vehicle at certain interval if you plan to keep your vehicle for a long time but just read up about it so you don't over do it and be over sold. You can always say "no" if you don't want a certain service done as like andytal complained about. Over all this dealer is great. More
One thing to beware of at Destination Mazda is that they *will* try to sell you services you don't need, especially if you are female. Be sure to bring your car's Owners Manual with you and ask the service *will* try to sell you services you don't need, especially if you are female. Be sure to bring your car's Owners Manual with you and ask the service representative to match every single item on the work order with what's in the Scheduled Maintenance section of the manual. Don't accept any items that they "recommend"; this can *triple* your cost of some service visits. For example, your car's required 64K service quotes about $70 but they recommend an extra $160 of work to "reduce emissions." They'll also try to throw in an additional $10 for "shop supplies." That's a total of $240 plus tax! More
I would rate this dealer and certain staff members as I would rate this dealer and certain staff members as incompetent! The repairs are being diagnosed at this moment by an independant shop.On two occa I would rate this dealer and certain staff members as incompetent! The repairs are being diagnosed at this moment by an independant shop.On two occasions I personally know of two women that have been taken advantage of at this dealership and so far all I know for sure is that I have taken my sister,my mom,my wife and a very good friend's service from this dealership. It is only the beginning!!!We will be taking the events to Mazda Canada when the diagnosis is documented and fully confirmed. I've had the worst experience in dealing with Destination Mazda in Vancouver BC today. With this bitter taste of being lied to and dishonesty that was displayed made me sick to my stomach. Dave the servic Mazda in Vancouver BC today. With this bitter taste of being lied to and dishonesty that was displayed made me sick to my stomach. Dave the service manager is not very unethical and dishonest. When you give a credit to a customer of $100 they should be able to use all of the credit not ABOUT $100. If that logic that Dave used made any remote sense, then if i was a retailer and you gave me $100 bill and the service or goods you acquired came up to about $78.49 then I turn to you and said "oh the total came up to about $100. How would you react? Wouldn’t you expect your change back? That is a total SCAM I tell you. You can't tell me that an oil change and brake inspection costs $100. When I was quoted $39.95 for the oil change and $24.95 for the inspection plus taxes. I really do not know how you run a business using that logic but you definitely will not get any of mine nor the people that I know who own Mazdas. I highly do not recommend anyone using their service department at Destination Mazda. This type of reasoning that the so called MANAGER gave me smells as bad horse manure on a hot summer day. Way to gave DAVE you sure know how to build your clientele. Well I’ll help you along and spread the word on how unethical you are when dealing with your customers. More
