Worst Experience Ever!!! It started with the ladies who would answer the phone in the service department, they were rude and abrupt. The service people I dealt when bringing m It started with the ladies who would answer the phone in the service department, they were rude and abrupt. The service people I dealt when bringing my Jeep in were very vague with any information and weren't knowledgeable as to what was going on. Once I got my car back there were false charges on my bill claiming they fixed the issue (a loud squeak) I brought it in for and it was very clear when I got back in my vehicle they in fact had not fixed anything! I returned into the dealership and they came up with bad excuses and lies as to what they thought they had fixed. I will not be returning here ever as this was the worst service I have ever received and was treated like an idiot through the whole process. Worst experience ever! More

We pulled in and were met by Jing who was so friendly even though I knew she was newer to the business she was very accommodating and helpful, answering my questions and asking her colleagues for help where she was unsure.
