Things started out good, they found me a truck at a competitive price. Being a consumer, I shopped their price at other dealers to get myself the best possible truck for the best possible price. When sales manager Tom found that out, he was belligerant, rude, pushy and just downright arrogant. Trying to make me feel like he was doing me a favour by selling me a truck at a higher price than other dealerships. When I called him out on it, he told me the deal no longer exists and that I can shop elsewhere. Will gladly shop elsewhere! Honestly, I wouldnt reccomend even buying a wheelbarrow from Tom at Derrick Dodge, as you will over pay and be left with a headache! More

Used car salesman LITERALLY ran alongside our car as we pulled into the lot and parked - was comic funny. We asked, where is the used inventory section but he did not really want us wandering around, thought it better he bring trucks to front for us, only after he gets all our "details - you know, the wishlist". I fell for it, went into the showroom with him, provided the info he asked - off he went to speak with the Sales Manager, review inventory to find us the perfect truck - uh huh. So salesman brings around truck that had DEFINITELY seen much better days, but we are not rude, we looked at it. When I asked about just a couple of the numerous damages that needed repair, his reply was "that will be negotiated when the truck sells" - uh huh. Strange but okay, so how much is this unit - no answer, he refuses to share price. Perhaps my error as I had previously told him (1) a relatively new vehicle was going to be traded in and (2) I had given him a budget. Guess these things impact the “sticker”. Maybe I don't quite understand this used car buying thing but "price" is rather elemental to a purchase and I would like to BELIEVE that "trade in value" has absolutely no impact on sticker price - apparently not the case with Derrick Dodge. Okay, well I asked the salesman to send me the “sticker price” via email so I could pass along to our son. That was Saturday morning. Anyhow, later that day forwarded link to our son so he could have a look-see - naturally the price of this "truck" is shown on the webpage - he is not particularly impressed so I pursue it no further. Now, Tuesday afternoon my phone rings, it’s Derrick’s salesman wanting to know if son had a look-see. Well I asked the salesman, where is my price - you did say you would email to me. He promptly states that “he needs to know how much is owing on the vehicle being used for trade-in before he can quote a price” AND continues to tell me that truck is currently listed on the website for $xx,xxx - in fact quotes me a price that is $1,000 MORE than what is showing on the webpage. Needless to say, I lost ALL interest after hearing that - seriously questioning their business ethics, or lack thereof! After I cooled off I sent a rather snippy 2 line email to Derrick, simply asking about the $1,000 discrepancy. I did receive a call back from one of their management team people, attempting to explain how this could happen - uh huh. Will never return to Derrick Dodge or any of their affiliates, will be discussing this issue with AMVIC and definitely will be sharing this “experience” with everyone I know. Frightening - More

Used Grand Caravan Purchase Checked prices of used Grand Caravans online. Went to Derrick Dodge. Disappointed that not all of the vehicles advertised were available, but that als Checked prices of used Grand Caravans online. Went to Derrick Dodge. Disappointed that not all of the vehicles advertised were available, but that also happened at two other dealer sites (some were gone, others were said to be out on tests). Dave Kent in Sales was quite friendly and not at all pushy; liked dealing with him and Garrett the Sales Manager. Ditto for Chris in Finance. After driving 4 vehicles from 2 different dealers we went with the one from Derrick Dodge. So far, we're happy. In the review we can't really comment on Customer Service and Quality of Work as all that was done for us was detailing and filling the van with gas but that was all good. More

BEWARE BEWARE This place is a rip off I took my car here for insurance work and they kept my car for several weeks and did nothing they lied to the insurance told t This place is a rip off I took my car here for insurance work and they kept my car for several weeks and did nothing they lied to the insurance told them it was ready to go just needed a test drive but couldn't as road conditions would not allow for it but they in fact did nothing they caused other damage to the car broke the rear spoiler broke the driver's door cable and blamed it on the theft. I left a review on Google and the General Manager Ben called me not because of the way I was treated but because of the review I left he told me at that time that if I ever needed help to call him and he would help me and he was concerned over the way I was treated and he admired to me there were serious issues at the bealership and he was fixing the issues.. Well another lie.. I called him 17 times in a 2week time frame and he was never there and yesterday I called and asked for him and they wanted my name I gave them a fake name told them I needed to talk to him but I was in able to I told the sales manager if I can't talk to him that I was coming down there and they would have to call the cops on me and I would be fine with it cuz by the time the cops got there everyone in the place would know what they did they wanted my name and phone number but I gave a fake name and did not give out my number as I was on a landline I hung up and within 10 min I got a phone call from Ben so that told me they knew who I was and was hiding from my calls once again I was lied to I was told that my part was on order from the states but it never was I was told by Ben he would be doing recon to find out the cause of damage to my car... He or anyone else at that dealership will not call me back as they are all liers and they only tell you stuff but can't follow three with one thing they say BEWARE OF THE CRAP More
