Nightmare from the start 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They sold me a pre-owned vehicle that still had 1 year or 5000km warranty on it. Long story short, it has had issues from the start. Took it in for warranty got charged 250 dollars for a diagnostic fee. They told me they didn’t find anything. A month and some later the noises I was complaining about turned out to be a 5-6 grand job. At this point in time I’m 5000km over warranty and no one wants to even do anything about it. The only reason people give them a five star rating on here is because the sales managers tell them we will give you incentives for a good review. Believe me it happened to me first hand. These people don’t stand behind their product. Most importantly behind there vehicles. From Derrick dodge to Dodge Canada. Do your research on this dealership or any dealer before you invest your hard earned money on a vehicle. I will never refer a customer or purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Traded a 1500 ram for a 2500 Salesman jihad was very enthusiastic about his work. Dealership was open late which was a help. Staff seemed knowledgeable. Over all good+ Dave our sales guy was top notch never felt rushed and knew his product and had a full understanding of my/our specific needs/wants His GM John was e Dave our sales guy was top notch never felt rushed and knew his product and had a full understanding of my/our specific needs/wants His GM John was easy to deal with and did his best to make us comfortable and make the whole sales process easy. So happy to find a low km truck in a better than decent condition for a reasonable price. and I think I looked at about 50 all told. The Finance manager Chris while being a personable fellow was a hard xxx to deal with trying to up sell us on all sorts of extra warranty's and insurances. Fully aware that this is his job so no animosity towards him whatsoever. Went through quite a few "NO Don't need its" Eventually He Did find an extended full coverage peace of mind warranty I could both justify and feel good about purchasing for a reasonable to ME price. Still a little miffed about the didn't really need it auto loan life insurance so now its a waste off that money to pay off ahead of time. More

During the negotiations the salesman used a new windshield, full tank of fuel, and the cleaning of the truck as a bargaining chip to include with the sale. During the completion of the financing paperwork I found out the truck couldn't legally be sold with a cracked windshield and the dealership always cleans and fills up the vehicles with fuel. Disappointing to find that out - A safety hazard and dealership normal practices were used for negotiating. I later found out through paperwork recieved that the new windshield was $248, when the salesman claimed it was $1000. More

Service engine soon light came on and diesel pre-heating light which was deja vu with the same thing seen about a year ago. Turns out it was the exact same glow plug #6 issue and was I charged $1800.00 from a previous service done by a different dealership 1 year prior. I was so afraid it was going to cost the same amount when the advisor called and said it was all going to be covered under warranty. Got my car back in a few days and no charge! Now I am going back to the first dealership and ask why it was not warranty from the first service dealership. Derrick Dodge service is very honest and I will not hesitate to take my vehicle for all future services there. Thank you Derrick Dodge. More
