Thank you Courtney and Barbara! I just purchased a new vehicle at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie and the entire experience was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Courtney Mor I just purchased a new vehicle at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie and the entire experience was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Courtney Moreau. She was welcoming, had a great sense of humour and instantly made me feel like an old friend and part of the Davis family. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in regards to choosing the right vehicle for me. She made sure that she was there when I picked-up my new vehicle, walked me through all of the features of the vehicle, helped me set-up my blue tooth and even took me on a tour of the dealership so I was familiar with all of the services that they offer. I will highly recommend Courtney to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. And, I can’t forget about Barbara Gerrad in Finance. She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and made signing paperwork an enjoyable experience (I didn’t think that was possible)! And, when I left my wallet on her desk, she called me as soon as she found it and even offered to drop it off at my house on her way home. Amazing customer service from start to finish!! The guys were so engaging and had awesome senses of humor. That aspect of their performance took away the stress associated with making what is one of the largest purchases of your life. Poor Customer Service - After Sales I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. The sales process went fine. After I took delivery Nov.29/14 I parked the vehicle in my driveway as I work out I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. The sales process went fine. After I took delivery Nov.29/14 I parked the vehicle in my driveway as I work out of town. I arrived home Dec.23/14 and went on a snowboard trip. As I drove through Rogers Pass - road conditions were horrible - this was compounded by a problematic 4x4 system - it was not functioning. I contacted the Davis GMC Airdrie dealer - response from Brandon was "drive safe - bring it in for warranty work when you get back". Nice.... So - I purchased a bunch of sandbags - and re-routed my trip - cancelling my West Coast route and instead heading south from Revelstoke to Nelson - Kimberley to try and salvage some holiday time and avoid poor road conditions. A few more scary highway moments forced me to stop in Cranbrook and contact dealer one more time. I finally got through to Bob and he suggested bringing it in to Cranbrook NorthstarGMC. Adrian and his company there were very professional and repaired the 4X4 system quickly - Thanks Adrian! Apparently there was an outstanding service order - this was existing prior to vehicle delivery to me - they performed the software patch and all functioned normally. I contacted Brandon once more - let him know that I was unhappy with the situation - they delivered a vehicle to me where a critical system component was not functioning - and requested adequate - meaningful compensation. (NOT a coffee cup) This request was basically refused - my further attempts at communication with Davis GMC Airdrie have been ignored. I've requested to have contact with Brandons' Manager -....ignored. So a few things went wrong here; 1. Basic pre-delivery, new vehicle check by Dealer/Salesman prior to delivery were inadequate 2. When I contacted salesman/dealership with my concerns about defective 4x4 system - advice given to rectify problem was poor/non-existent 3. Once root cause of problem had been identified - Dealership refused to take ownership/responsibility/accountability for situation and adequately compensate customer for hardship suffered. Consequences of this are; 1. I have lost confidence in the GM product 2. Lost confidence, trust in the Davis GMC Airdrie dealership - as a whole 3. Will most likely be the last GM product that I purchase Update 14/01/15: Was contacted by Rick Purdy - came to a mutually acceptable - compensation agreement which was carried out on 14/01/15. More

Jordan was the right fit for me, he didn't push or steer me towards any particular vehicle. I told him what my needs were, the features I liked as well as my price point. He was patient and did his diligence during the selection process. Buying a vehicle is an exciting experience and he shared the same excitement I did which shows me that he enjoys what he does but that he also enjoys seeing his customers leave with satisfaction. Service should not end once the papers are signed and money transferred. I have had my vehicle to Davis Chev in Airdrie on multiple occasions in the 2 short years that I have owned it. Each time I call or visit the service gets repeatedly worse. The latest issue is a problem that has been "fixed" twice already. So when I called this time I suggested that the part be replaced because obviously the band-aid fixes are not working. The message was relayed to Brad. Brad could not be bothered to call me back personally(had the service receptionist relay the message) , I would think at this point he would be somewhat apologetic and understanding, but no, he just suggested that I bring my vehicle in yet again to access the situation and go from there. Call me unreasonable but there is nothing to assess because it looks exactly like the two times prior. I suggested to the girl that Brad address this with me or I will go over his head to get results. I just wanted the part ordered and my vehicle fixed properly. This issue is only one of many but is the proverbial straw that broke the camels back!! This dealership is good at sales but drops the ball with customer service and vehicle maintenance.
