EXCELLENT!! This is the second vehicle we got from Davis, Definitely will not be the last!! Eunice (first vehicle) and Daniel (second vehicle) are the BEST!! not inpressed Called in to have my recalls and warnety check done. Said to have my car in at 7am and someone would look at it between 730-8am so I dropped it off a Called in to have my recalls and warnety check done. Said to have my car in at 7am and someone would look at it between 730-8am so I dropped it off and left the keys I. The box at about 1045 I went back to see how much longer . The lady I talked to dale said they haven't touched my car and they had been calling my cell yet my call log had nothing from they and she basicly called me a lier as I was holding my phone .. who ever enter my car Information I guess didnt make any reason so how this is my fault so I left as I was told it would get looked at I than came back at almost 2pm when I was again told no one hadlooked at my car and wasnwasn't sure if anyone would have time am now very upset as I had took the day off work and I was told my car would get looked at in the am so I ask for my car and leave not even 5 mins later notice a flat tire . I get my husband to take the tire off my car and see whats wrong when he pulled out a broken off truck key from my tire .. and somehow this is my fault and I have been caring for the last 3 days the only answer I get is .. we will have someone call you back . Rude people bad service rather chew my feet off than go back More

Home run Davis Body Shop! A quick note to mention how satisfied I am with the current work done by the body shop at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie. The three employees I dealt with A quick note to mention how satisfied I am with the current work done by the body shop at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie. The three employees I dealt with directly were Mike, Shelly and Ashley. I had some major concerns as I had some severe hail damage on my black Chevy Silverado totaling over $14,000 (Insurance estimate). Mike spent some time with me showing me the new processes and products that are used. I was impressed to say the least and felt a lot more comfortable after our talk. Shelly really took a load off my shoulders with dealing with my insurance company arraigning a rental vehicle (among other things) which didn’t last the full time the body shop needed my truck for. She then got me set up in a Davis courtesy truck so I could carry on with business. This was very much appreciated! I was always kept informed of how things were going which again was awesome. I felt I was in good hands. Ashley was my shop contact. Her attention to detail is impeccable and made sure my truck was better than new. I was blown away with the final inspection that was done on the truck. Nothing was overlooked down to the smallest details from the body work itself and also the reassembly of the vehicle. My truck came back spotless inside and out. I always left with a smile on my face after dealing with the body shop team. Great people that clearly enjoy what they are doing. Thanks for everything!!! Great service!!! Being in the service industry myself I am fully aware of the problems that can come hurtling at you and what challenges it can make you face. I recen Being in the service industry myself I am fully aware of the problems that can come hurtling at you and what challenges it can make you face. I recently gave Davis a doozy to deal with. Glen Introduced me to Joshua. Joshua (Service Manger) who clearly understands the importance of customer service rallied his team and took the challenge head on. Dayle (my service adviser) kept me informed along the way with numerous phone calls which I appreciated greatly. Stefan, the mechanic that worked on my truck who I'm sure has a few grey hairs now stuck with it and got the issue resolved. Because of their team work I was able to get my truck back in action quickly with little down time which means no business loss for me. I have a long history with this dealership. They are consistently striving to improve and I give them full marks. Keep up the good work!! Brent More

Poor Customer Support Soon as the rubber hits road Davis will be there to support with significant GMC manufacturing defects. Making a long story short I purchased a new Soon as the rubber hits road Davis will be there to support with significant GMC manufacturing defects. Making a long story short I purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 on Dec.15,2014 and by Jan.07 with only 800 km on the truck in the middle of snow storm found out the 4 wheel drive does not work. Once the GMC Dealer looked at they advised me there is a non repairable problem with the shift control module on the transmission and that I have to ensure that the truck is in 2 wheel drive prior to shutting the engine off or it fail again. They also advised me that I should not drive @ 80km/he in 4 wheel drive for extended periods of time or the tranmission will also fail. I work in Oil & Gas Sales, therefore, the truck is in rural Alberta on gravel roads in 4 wheel drive going 80 km/hr most of the time. I question the reliability and safety of this vehicle everyday and as far as Davis is concerned " it is not their problem " I have contacted GMC Customer Care to try and restore my confidence, but given a choice at this point "they can have the keys back".
