We were lied to directly regarding some things about the vehicle, and had the car sold out from under us AFTER we had given him our buying proposal. More than a weeks worth of work, phone calls and 4 hours of driving back and forth was wasted because a sales agent was unwilling to negotiate and would not communicate with his manager about our proposal.
