Jordan - my "product specialist" (fancy title for salesman) worked his tail off getting me exactly what I wanted and for a price I was comfortable paying. Never tried to upsell me on features I didn't want or need. Made sure I knew and understood all my options (which is harder for him with that strong Ontario accent). Doesn't talk to you like he's above you or thinks you're naïve. He's a gem for sure. Rob - killed it in the finance/warranty side of things. He got me great deal and made the whole process a lot of fun. He's not a "just sign on the dotted line" kind of guy. He knows what he's selling, explains everything perfectly, and gets it into a price range that works for you. Really personable and fun, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Don't challenge him to a game of rock, paper, scissors though... he has skills. Derek - I never actually worked with Derek, but met him through my time there and had some great conversations. Really friendly and funny, so I needed to give him a shout-out too. Cliff - drove 40 min one way to bring me to my new vehicle. Had a fantastic time chatting with him. Jo helped with financing and giving us the best deal for our warranty that we weren't orginially going to get. Rob helped with the finalization of everything and going over all the paper work. painless Iknew what I wanted befor i went in . I have been looking at a chevy cruze for a while . Did not want a 2016 so i saw the 5 cruzes available and came Iknew what I wanted befor i went in . I have been looking at a chevy cruze for a while . Did not want a 2016 so i saw the 5 cruzes available and came in and test drove a blue one . Chose the blue one and did financing and that was it .Did not spend a whole day trying to get a deal done, that was the best part .Jo and Chris where great and freindly. In the end I ended up buying a white one ,the blue one had a dent in it ,it was newer with less klms the white one. Very happy with the car More

Overall positive and surprisingly pleasant experience! I came into the dealership to check out the price for a Chevrolet City Express. My timing turned out to be pretty good since sale pricing had recentl I came into the dealership to check out the price for a Chevrolet City Express. My timing turned out to be pretty good since sale pricing had recently been applied to a brand new 2015 model. I was given an excellent price and fair value for my trade-in. Moe went out of his way to get me a great deal and Rick helped move everything along. Moe also worked hard to address all of my questions and concerns in the process. Both Jo and Rob were very good to deal with as well. Rob was very patient and helpful in explaining various warranty and financing options. Jo was also very helpful and accommodating with respect to a few late changes to my payment plan. The process of purchasing a new vehicle is generally not something I look forward to and so I was surprised to have such a pleasant experience. Not only did you give him a good trade in dollar for his Frontier but, you listened to him and found the perfect vehicle for his needs. I am most impressed that you made sure he heard everything you said. He is very hard of hearing and not many people do that for him. He had been to another dealer and looked at an Escape that was 5 years older, and they wanted $5000. more than the 2011 Terrain he got from you. The Terrain is far more superior to the other vehicle.
