Perfect Prospective Sales Experience I came in to look at a Sierra SLT that I saw on their website, and even though I was not ready to purchase (which I made very clear to them), Holly an I came in to look at a Sierra SLT that I saw on their website, and even though I was not ready to purchase (which I made very clear to them), Holly and the Sales Team were very courteous, respectful and pleasant to deal with despite knowing that I wasn't going to be driving home in a new truck. In the past couple of years I've owned several vehicles from a competitor, but I have to say that I was very impressed by Holly's high level of product knowledge so that I can relate the information back to my current vehicle and understand the differences & similarities. I very pleased with her product presentation, despite not knowing in advance that I was coming in to look at a specific vehicle. She also had a excellent and detailed answer for any question (e.g. service plan, warranties, technical vehicle details, accessories etc.) I asked. Customer Service express Oil change This AM I went to get a warranty oil change on my 2017 Cadillac only to find out from Carlee that you did not do Cadillac warenty work.She was wonderf This AM I went to get a warranty oil change on my 2017 Cadillac only to find out from Carlee that you did not do Cadillac warenty work.She was wonderful I explaining how it works with dealers and had actually contacted my dealer ( Jack Carter) 2 weeks ago to tell them they should not tell any customers that Cadillac warranty work was being done at Davis. She then took the trouble to come out to my car and read the oil change monitoring screen and explained the % and shared with me what you advise your customers in regards to timing of getting oil changes. She was great. Our second car is not under warranty so we will definitely use Davis for servicing. I hope this message gets to management as she deserves a pat on the back. Conrad More
