My sales person Matt Dunsire was easy going and I didn’t feel pressured at all. He wanted to ensure that I got into a vehicle I’d love that would accommodate all the features I needed! he got me into a 2018 Diesel GMC Terrain... AND I LOVE IT! My finance manager Tyler Tamboline was a great support system, walked me through the process and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. THE BEST part though, was my delivery. My delivery specialist was wonderful! Macy Smiley took the time to go through every feature of my vehicle as well as setting up my OnStar. Steve quickly identified the type of vehicle that would be a good fit for me (which other salesmen at other dealership weren't able to), went above and beyond to explain in details the entire process of getting my leased vehicle and shared some of his experience as a salesman, which helped me feel more comfortable and get a better understanding of where I was at with my lease and my options. When you go to a dealership, you expect to be somewhat taken advantage of and having pushy sales techniques used against you. I didn't feel that way at all with Steve, while all the way being very responsive to my requests, and I believe, honest with me. Although I ended up getting a different vehicle, I was impressed with the level of service I got from him, and will definitely be back when time will come to get my next vehicle. Definitely recommend him. More
