Sylvia was great to work with, very kind and we didn't feel pressured into something we weren't looking at. We were disappointed to find out that the command-start wasn't installed when we arrived to feel pressured into something we weren't looking at. We were disappointed to find out that the command-start wasn't installed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, since we had already paid for it. This is due to a mechanical issue, but we feel we should have been informed that the new Camry does not support command-start before purchasing it. Overall we are happy with our purchase and would refer our family and friends to Sylvia. More

Sylvia was a wonderful salesperson. Not once did she pressure us into a decision. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in.
