We visited the dealership 4 times while purchasing the vehicle. The first to get general information and get a look inside the van. The second for a test drive a more questions. When we first walked into the dealership we were impressed as we were welcomed by Wade Knight with a cheerful "Hi, welcome to Sunshine Toyota!" We asked to see the new Camry Hybrid, and Wade took us impressed as we were welcomed by Wade Knight with a cheerful "Hi, welcome to Sunshine Toyota!" We asked to see the new Camry Hybrid, and Wade took us out to a beautiful Clearwater Blue 2012. He walked us through the car at our own pace, then took us for a drive (he drove, which was my choice) we asked all of our questions about the car, hybrids in general, and the Sunshine Toyota Family. Wade did not pressure us at all, and left it to us to come back after we visited other dealers. Not one other dealership in the Waverly area came close to the friendliness we found with Wade. I went back the next night to take another test drive and then made a deal. Wade did a great job with the negotiations, and entertained me at every step of the process. Next we were off to see Jacqui, who again did everything right in making the deal very comfortable for us. The next day we were back for the delivery of the car, and Jeff led us through every inch of the car, we learned even more about the workings of the car with his explanations of the workings of the hybrid. Overall this was the best experience we ever had with a dealership, and I would HIGHLY recommend Sunshine Toyota, the Toyota Camry, and Wade Knight to any of our friends who are looking for a new vehicle. However, he had to leave before the negotiating began, this was extremely strange and very unprofessional. I was left with another salesperson who had limited experience and with whom I had no personal relationship. If I wasn't in the situation of needing a vehicle ASAP I would have left the dealership and gone elsewhere. Zac has attended to our needs on setting up appointments for some extra purchases that we made on the vehicle. Ji Yuan was a delight to work with and explained all our questions. I had to make several calls on picking up the vehicle and had to work around their schedule. In conclusion the overall experience was ok but not overwheming with regards to customer satisfaction. On the fence about buying a car there in the future, lets hope the service department changes my opinion. More

I have been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks and dropped by for a look at the new Venza. The one in the showroom jumped out at me and when I sat in it Zac asked me what I thought. It only took about an hour from start to finish to close the deal. Very impressed with that.Jacqueline was also very personable and helpful with the closing. Ji Yuan really impressed me with his knowledge and patience showing me all the new features. When I told everyone that it was our 42nd anniversary the next day and I wanted to surprise my wife, they all made a great effort to makle sure I got the vehicle on time that day. Terrific service. When I picked up the car the next day I was quite impressed that Zac bought my wife a very nice bottle of wine for our anniversary. I have purchased or leased at least 30 new vehicles over the years and have never been so impressed as I was this week. By the way, "My wife and I love the new Venza" More
