Crown Acura wrote on 7/20/2012 6:57:13 PM: Mr and Mrs Sasikumar, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the dealership and the process we went through in an attempt to fix the issue you are having with the lumbar comfort of your ILX. On Saturday we spent 2 hours driving other vehicles and discussing possible solutions to determine if there was another vehicle that you both liked better (Mrs Sasikumar, you told me you are comfortable driving the ILX). After we went through the numbers; we determined together that the option of trading in the ILX did not make sense for your budget; and you both agreed. I had asked that you both drive the vehicle for another 6 weeks to “break in” the seat a little better. If that does not help your comfort level; I have offered to have the seat lumbar adjusted for you; by getting our upholstery company to remove some stuffing from the lumbar area of the seat; or use a company that can form-fit a seat insert built for you. You both agreed on this action. I am confused as to why you would give this poor review and leave out the fact that we had this discussion on Saturday and you told me before you left that you were happy with the results.
