Excellent customer service. Stopped by dealership Saturday March 4, 2017. I was shocked that I was not only able to obtain the item I came in for (locking keys for tires?) but t Stopped by dealership Saturday March 4, 2017. I was shocked that I was not only able to obtain the item I came in for (locking keys for tires?) but the service department was able to take my car in and put the new ones that I purchased on my tires. Chris in service was friendly, polite and most helpful. A young mechanic did the work and he was also respectful and helpful in answering a few questions I had and he did the work promptly. I suggest you keep Chris and the mechanic (sorry I didn't catch his name) around there as it's customer service like that which will keep customers coming back. I left the dealership feeling so satisfied as I find now a days good customer service is difficult to find. Very impressive. More

We had a wonderful experience! This past Christmas, after finding ourselves with 2 vehicles in desperate need of repair, we rented a Hyundai to get us through the holidays and help This past Christmas, after finding ourselves with 2 vehicles in desperate need of repair, we rented a Hyundai to get us through the holidays and help us cope with the arrival of company. We fell in love with the car and ended up at Crowfoot Hyundai to buy a new vehicle. Once there, we purchased a Sonata from Robbie Parkinson and couldn't be happier! He was so courteous and helpful...his bright smile was always there to greet us and he gave us terrific, well-informed advice. Thank you Robbie, we LOVE our new baby!! More

Dave is childish As a single mom in need of a new vehicle I felt like my time wasn't honoured and that I was treated differently for being female. I did my research and knew what a fair price was but I was told by Dave that I would be "taking the shirt off [his] back." Really? That line is so old. He was manipulative and childish and he gives this dealership a bad rep. I called another dealership, told them what I wanted and for what price and I picked up my new vehicle the next weekend. So easy and fast. More

My car tire was making a terrible sound due to rocks that had gotten into the rotor. Not knowing what the problem was I panicked and showed up at Hyundai without an appointment just when they were about to close for the day. The technician was so thoughtful and kind that he stayed passed his shift to fix the problem. Truly amazing and saved me a lot of grief. Thank you guys! More

I have had some bad experiences with car dealerships before, but Crowfoot Hyundai is unlike any other and Cory was truly the best car sales guy I have I have had some bad experiences with car dealerships before, but Crowfoot Hyundai is unlike any other and Cory was truly the best car sales guy I have ever dealt with. He listened to me and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and easygoing and there was absolutely no push and no pressure to buy. I explained everything I needed in a car in terms of use and function, and then he found the car that was perfect for me. He never tried to convince me that he knew what was best for me, but instead listened to what I was asking for. From front desk to sales to management to finances to services, every department has been friendly, helpful, (affordable!!) and a real pleasure to deal with. More
