Great choices Brought in the wife's jeep for service. While waiting I visited with Ray Lagace and next thing we were discussing a possible trade for a vehicle . They has a few Durango's on the lot, and I really liked one of them, Talked a possible trade with my 2013 Dodge Ram Laramie. I brought the truck in for evaluation, and Ray made it possible to have max value for the truck, and best buy on the Durango. This is the 4th vehicle I bought at the dealership. And Ray made all possible. All in all, I'm happy with the Durango . Since retirement, have no need for truck anymore and the Durango is super efficient in city travel. Ray is very considerate and no pressure guy. In the future, the only reason I want to go to the dealership is for service and possible trade in a couple of years. Also have a visit and coffee with Ray. More

I gave Crowfoot Dodge a call on Monday, asking if it was possible that they could switch out my rear signal light bulbs. I had tried several times, and even with a u tube video, stating all you need is a fl possible that they could switch out my rear signal light bulbs. I had tried several times, and even with a u tube video, stating all you need is a flat head screwdriver I couldn't get the plugs to pop out. The sales person said it I was in the neighborhood just to pull into the service bay and he would help me out. I arrived 15 minutes later and Sean already had the tools in hand ( none of them a flathead screwdriver)and got both signal lights swapped out in minutes..I so greatly appreciated the kindness he showed to go above and beyond and help me out. Thankyou so very much. You really made my day!! More
Took my car in a couple weeks ago for Both front signal lights,.. also had a cracked front bumper chin spoiler,.. Sean was very helpful,.. appreciated the ride to Tim Hortons,. Poor quality and lack of attention to detail. I purchased my Jeep from them a few years ago and have been using them for almost all of my service appointments so that the service records would be I purchased my Jeep from them a few years ago and have been using them for almost all of my service appointments so that the service records would be all in one place. However over time it has become clear this dealership lacks is attention to detail; with my latest service being the worst I have ever experience. For the latest service I booked an appointment for a recall and got some other services such as wheel alignment and oil change and a few other things. The total service took about 5hrs, at first...when I dropped it off everything was in good working order, when I picked up my Jeep there were series of warning message present that no one would miss, indicating lights where out, service was due and low tire pressure; it was fairly obvious that they broke something during the recall work and did not actual check what they said they checked during the peace of mind inspection. So went right back in to see what was up. Was initially told it must of just been bad timing and a light probably just burnt out, a few minutes latter the service representative came back to tell me all the lights were working and they would have to investigate why the warning messages were on. She then provided me with a a rental for over night as they would most likely not have it fixed that evening. Early the next morning I got a call (before 8 am) saying that had fixed by changing 2 of the lights that were probably damaged during the recall work and the the rest of the service work had been reviewed by a manager to ensure it was done properly. So after returning the rental I got to pick up my Jeep again only to find that while all the warning messages had been cleared the tires were still under inflated by 0.2 bar(were at 2.1 bar instead of 2.4 bar) and that the service indicator was still indicating a service required in 0km. So had to drive it back in, they then corrected the tire pressure and said the reset the service indicator. Get back in my Jeep tire pressure was at least corrected but the service indicator is still indicating 0km till next service. I just gave up and took it home. The thing that irritated me the most is that these issues should of been caught by multiple different people at multiple different points of the service if they were paying any attention. I feel bad for Sally/Graeme and the other service advisers who have to deal with the lack of quality from the other service staff; they tend to appear frustrated just as much as the customers. As for the other times that I have had them service my Jeep here are some other patterns that I have observed: Free Oil Change is not free they charge you for synthetic oil without even asking type of oil you want. The have still not updated my email address in their system after being told multiple times they have an out of date one and provided with the new one.. They almost never check the tire pressure or a number of other items they say they check during the peace of mind inspection. Examples, windshield wipers indicated working but they did not even clean off the fresh bug guts from the drive there.., the tire treed was indicated over multiple services as green, then yellow, then green then red. The price of tires will be almost double what you would pay else where for the same tire even with the buy 3 get 4 per motion. The service manager is almost never around for someone to talk about issues with. There staff is not rude but they are not friendly either Service prices are high (like most dealerships) If you make an appointment for an oil change it will take longer then if you just show up Graeme is probably the best of the service advisers as his time estimates are usually right on compared to Sally who usually under estimates the time. On occasion I have had to wait for the service paperwork to be completed for up to 30 minutes after they have finished an oil change and my Jeep was in the parking lot ready and waiting. So overall dont expect to pay dealer service prices with little attention to detail. More
