Was completely duped by these guys. Lost my job up north like so many and and in 2018 my credit had taken a hit so I new my interest was going to be a bit higher. So I came back after a year ( no missed payments ) and was told the only way I could do that was if I bought a new Truck. Yes I could have done my homework better, but I thought i building a relationship with a dealer and trusted his word. I talked to my bank after finding this out and they said they get get calls like this from. People who get fleeced by SCUMMY dealers from time to time. So just know going in that you do not matter to them but to these guys, you’re just a number. And the guy that did this is now a manager. LMAO RUN FAR AND FASTP More

We were working on a deal to purchase a vehicle at Crowfoot, at first everything went smoothly and the deal was on its way to completion, that was until we went through the math and found that this de Crowfoot, at first everything went smoothly and the deal was on its way to completion, that was until we went through the math and found that this dealer failed to disclose the fact that they were going to charge us freight on the vehicle twice without disclosing it to us (an extra $2095), they whited out the freight charges on the window sticker they emailed us, and proceeded to add it into our offer to purchase along with the AC tax for a second time as well also and additional $100. Their reason was they brought the vehicle from another dealer, which they failed to tell us beforehand, then when asked why they didn't disclose this information to us at the time of dealing, I was told that, our salesman replied with "I was busy with another customer, and didn't realize I hadn't told you". do yourself the favour and add up the numbers before you commit to anything at this dealership, as it seems this isn't the first time they have tried to do this to customers. BEWARE!! More
