This dealership is definitely not the car dealership you wanted to go in. I can’t believe the terrible customer service they have provided & the lies they all plays it with customer’s . Our experience with them were terrible, GM Aldo Halladay & Sales person Patrick Zheng WANG have promised to give my friend additional service but none of it was done properly. So after the incident I went up to google and wrote a review against the crowfoot dodge dealership, then the manager of crowfoot dodge have asked Sales person Patrick Zheng Wang to message me and ask me what I want in return and so I can delete my previous review on google. Obviously my review was my truth and honest words, so of course I wouldn’t do anything to go against my consciousness with them trying to bribe me. In conclusion I just wanted “EVERYONE” in the market to be aware of this unacceptable dealership. There are plenty of other dealership to go to, so please just be cautious for all the scammers out there, especially Crowfoot dodge.
