very horrified, very discussed, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan with 360000 kilometers from them and the engine issues started at 60000 kilometers? I was told DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan with 360000 kilometers from them and the engine issues started at 60000 kilometers? I was told that they have 2 years to fix the problem and here we are at 125000 kilometers only 18000 kilometers after supposidly fixing the engine (taking it apart for the upteen time) it is now leaking oil! Was told that with this amount of kilometers I should expect this meaning DODGE GRAND CARAVANS are only good for the 100000 kilometers that they warranty and to expect large (astronomical) bills after. Tried to get out but there is still too much owing and half 4 1/5 years left to pay. THIS VAN WILL NOT LAST ANOTHER 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR AS IT IS JUST A MONEY PIT AND SERVICE MANAGER/USED CAR MANAGER DON'T CARE!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE BROKE BEFORE YOU EVEN COME CLOSE TO PAYING FOR THE VEHICLE. More

My recent experience with this dealership was horrible and it took me a few days to process what happened. I called and spoke to Jeff and gave the information so I could be pre approved and when that was and it took me a few days to process what happened. I called and spoke to Jeff and gave the information so I could be pre approved and when that was done we set up an appointment to come in and look at some vehicles that he thought would work. I arrived to the dealership and was greeted by other staff and I thought wow this seems to be a nice place and they called let Jeff know that I was there and Jeff came down we went into his office and he advised me of the vehicle he thought would work and we looked at a few and were pushing numbers and test driving different ones and I was hoping to get cash back to pay off my cc for the work on the truck I was trading in. After the test driving was done and I picked the one I wanted he said ok let’s go and write it up. On the way up I asked him if the deal included cash back to pay it off and that is when he said oh no we can’t do that on the one but let’s see what can be done and he was trying different things to see what could be done and he was saying if we keep sending things back to the bank for approval it could hurt the deal and if I don’t buy a vehicle today and walk away it will hurt my credit and I won’t get a loan at prime it double then the payments will be way higher and this is a one day offer only , the pressure was a bit high thinking if I didn’t take a deal today that was it till I improved my credit score so I felt I had to get a vehicle. I told him I need to think things over so I went to the waiting room to think it over but my gut was telling me not to go through and then he came down and we looked into a car that we looked at that might work to complete what I wanted to do so he presented it to me and I was still unsure I just needed time to think it over and he said what can I do for you to sign for a car and then he said let me go check. By this time I had been there for a couple hours and I needed to go so I told him I need to go and he said wait I got it done so he presented the final deal and I looked down thinking ok there is so much pressure but if I don’t then my credit would be bad so I should just do it and get going and when I looked up at him he said you’re a waste of breath and ungrateful for what he was doing. Mean while through out the time I was dealing with him I told him I appreciate everything he was doing. I looked at him and could not believe he just said that I was so upset I walked away then realized they had my keys and registration. I walked out and asked my son that was with me to grab the keys and stuff I left I was so upset and then my son said your going to make her feel worthless and he shrugged his shoulders as if to say I don’t care. Crag came over to my son and asked my son what happened so he told him and Crag apologized for him and said he would talk to him. They gave the stuff to my son and we left. Really I’m a waste of breath and ungrateful that is what you say to a customer!!! More

They has a few Durango's on the lot, and I really liked one of them, Talked a possible trade with my 2013 Dodge Ram Laramie. I brought the truck in for evaluation, and Ray made it possible to have max value for the truck, and best buy on the Durango. This is the 4th vehicle I bought at the dealership. And Ray made all possible. All in all, I'm happy with the Durango . Since retirement, have no need for truck anymore and the Durango is super efficient in city travel. Ray is very considerate and no pressure guy. In the future, the only reason I want to go to the dealership is for service and possible trade in a couple of years. Also have a visit and coffee with Ray. More

I gave Crowfoot Dodge a call on Monday, asking if it was possible that they could switch out my rear signal light bulbs. I had tried several times, and even with a u tube video, stating all you need is a fl possible that they could switch out my rear signal light bulbs. I had tried several times, and even with a u tube video, stating all you need is a flat head screwdriver I couldn't get the plugs to pop out. The sales person said it I was in the neighborhood just to pull into the service bay and he would help me out. I arrived 15 minutes later and Sean already had the tools in hand ( none of them a flathead screwdriver)and got both signal lights swapped out in minutes..I so greatly appreciated the kindness he showed to go above and beyond and help me out. Thankyou so very much. You really made my day!! More
