In particular because i plan to flat tow the jeep behind a RV eventually, even had more questions. I ended up working with Salesman Don Baker who helped me through the maze of information, getting the best deal. If you have a problem with Don, being such a kind person and detailed in knowledge, I would suggest that you may be the problem. This guy gets it done and makes the transaction understood. I don’t use the term nightmare loosely, but that’s precisely what I went through in the past, despite pleading up front that my time, my schedule and my needs be respected. That’s literally all I required for a successful transaction, and apparently for other dealers in the Calgary area, this was too tall an order to handle. Crowfoot Dodge though, demonstrated that selling someone a vehicle doesn’t have to be a zero sum game, and both sides can get what they want. I recently came in for a service issue/potential trade in, and was met by a friendly salesman named Sirack who politely offered to assist me with any questions I had. On top of being friendly, he knew when to disengage and not push too hard. This simple gesture of not pressuring me after I let it be known I was coming off night-shift, and was highly fatigued, showed me the respect that every customer is due. It meant a lot to me, simple as it sounds. We made arrangements to meet the following day to discuss options and pricing, and go over the relevant details, during which time he actually listened to what I wanted and delivered me two different options to choose from. Again, this may not sound like much, but the fact that Sirack actually listened to what I wanted, and didn’t try to sell me something else, demonstrated he respected my wishes as a customer. Respect. It’s as simple as that. In the end we came to a deal for a brand spanking new 2019 RAM Sport, extremely well equipped, plus cash back to consolidate some debts. More importantly, I left feeling that my time and wishes were respected. Jason from finance, and Liisa (sales manager) were quite accommodating and very friendly.
