These people... like Monica and Chris, and even those who work at Reception and in Parts are all part of a very hardworking team. A very happy, dedicated and polite team who go far beyond the mark in order to seek the highest levels of satisfaction for their clientelle. Also I 'd be remiss in not mentioning Ruby Bhinder and Mo Hamdan in Used Cars: these two were great people to deal with and were most kind and polite in their dealing with me. We set up a day for the installation and that's when I met Monica. She set me up for the installation and they did a complete check-out on the Jeep. A number of issues came up as it's 6 years old. They did the work and got the vehicle back to me the same day. I had opted to defer a couple of items but Monica said that since they were in the vicinity they looked after them for me. The actual cost of the service was less than the quote and trust me, it was appreciated. I may not purchase a vehicle from this dealership (another story for another time) but I would come back for service over and over again. Thanks, Jim More

I was in twice, lately, and was so hugely impressed with Amelie Oxford the first time, that I sought her out on my second visit. Amelie is a service writer who treats clients like they are her favorite relatives. She goes out of her way to make suggestions, stay on top of things, and keep us informed of what is transpiring. I'm 72 years old and have had many vehicles in my garage over the decades. I can confidently state that Amelie Oxford is a fine credit to the Crosstown Auto Centre. More
