Bad attitude, kick me out as a ball! What they can do is only to ask you to pay even if it is problem caused by themselves. They spent 2 hours finding out that they could not fix it. But they still gave me a bill of 250 CND to pay!!!!! According the technician there, there is no problem with the vehicle, the starter and the installation. The only problem is that I should not think it is a problem and persuade the technician to fix it. How ridiculous it is! Even though the salesman and sale manager thought I did not need to pay, the technician insisted. I will not come back again for sure! The sales department is nice but the services department here is the worst in city! More

The sales associate I worked with (Tyler) was friendly and answered all of my (stupid) questions without hesitation. I didn’t feel as though I was being pushed into buying a vehicle, and was given all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Everything that he said he was going to do, he did and I received and excellent price for my trade in. I also didn’t feel any pressure when working with the finance department (Marcus) when I opted out of different warranty/protection packages that were offered.
