Excellent Job!! I visited Crestview to get informatoin on a Minivan. I had not made up my mind to purchase one, I was having a hard time imagining the transition fro I visited Crestview to get informatoin on a Minivan. Andrew really took his time to answer my questions and help me become comfortable with my choice. I know this was time consuming for him and I know he was busy but he and his team made me feel comfortable and important. Steph, while not my primary salesman took his time to help me clean out my vehicle and expalin all the options my new Grand Caravan had. He answered all my quesitons, big and small, even though it was the end of the day and did not make me feel rushed. Marcus also alswered all my finance questions and explained the process to me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely reccomend Crestview and thier sales staff to friends and family. The service department will have a lot to live up too. :-) More

Express Lane Service Quick & Competent I suspect I got somewhat lucky in that there was nobody in the express lane when I arrived. I've used this service twice before and both times there was only 1 car ahead of me & they were able to service the 2 cars at once. The Service Advisor, Harry Rehlan, seemed very knowledgeable about what I needed. When I asked him a question to which he wasn't sure about the answer, he followed up with somebody who knew the answer which I really appreciated! He sought me out in the waiting area to discuss the matter with me so I could make an informed decision regarding the specific service I "needed" vs up-selling me on something I didn't need! Harry advised me the service should take approximately 20 minutes and my car was ready to go in 30 minutes which was certainly met my expectations. I find their price for the oil change and a couple of other things I had done competitive with other dealers in Regina. More
