Poor quality workman ship Had to Send send our Journey In for a failed Power steering line. Service department repaired in a timely manner. The also found that the transmission oil pan was wet. They attempted to repair the pan. We brought the Journey home and is dripping on the ground from the pan. I callback for service and they tell me they cant repair for a week. I under stand that the tech made a mistake and the car just need to go back and be repaired correctly. But to tell the customer they can't repair there screw up for a week, Very poor service! I have to park car for a week now. There an old saying the sales department will sell the first Unit,and parts and service sell the rest. With my dealings with this service department I never shop at chrestview again! More

But Josh and Andrew worked very hard to find a vehicle that suited my needs, within my budget and were extremely friendly and accommodating. When we went through our financing options, Cameron was excellent on making it a smooth transaction and recommending the best warranty for my needs. Out of all my years shopping at dealerships, this was by far the best experience. They went above and beyond: my father is disabled, and they accommodated him as much as possible; I had my four year old with me, and they made sure he got a balloon, and they even helped take out the car seat in my old car and install it in the new vehicle (thanks Josh!); and they made sure that I had a vehicle big enough to fit my dad's wheelchair.
