Unaware of features Salesperson knew nothing about what features were included in my Jeep, and after purchasing it a lot of the features weren't there. MY FIRST OIL CHANGE I purchased my Jeep in May & I was due for my first oil change. I' hadn't been for service to Crestview for many years (we bought a Van 16 years ago s I purchased my Jeep in May & I was due for my first oil change. I' hadn't been for service to Crestview for many years (we bought a Van 16 years ago so it had been awhile!) I was pleasantly surprised as to how quickly the oil change was done. I didn't have time to sit and be bored! Everything was explained to me and my best deal was shown to me as well which I really appreciated. Friendly, helpful customer focus service Went to get transmission fluid checked out. Drove in to service bay and Harry had someone come right over to check the fluid, then had that person ass Went to get transmission fluid checked out. Drove in to service bay and Harry had someone come right over to check the fluid, then had that person assist me to go get a litre of fluid. They then proceeded to bring my fluid level up to par(I had replaced cooler hoses, since they were leaking). Harry communicated well, then noticed my 'low tire' indicator was on and proceeded to have someone check my tires. A very pleasant experience, even though I went in with a negative attitude towards the services I was expecting. Very difficult to find service such as this in the business world today.
