Purchase of a Jeep We went to Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep intending to purchase a Jeep Compass that day as we had done some previous research into what we wanted. When we arrived, Rob Hornsberger was extremely helpful throughout the purchase. He was friendly, not pushy, and respected the parameters we had set out. We also dealth with Andrew Kuski and Cameron Clarkson that day. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. In follow up, we purchased a rack and cargo box for the top of the jeep for a little extra cargo space. He researched it on line, so he had some background info. Going to the dealer and meeting Brock Harris, you never know if the sales consultant will know his stuff or try and bluff his way through. After a few questions, we were both put at ease, realizing he not only knew his stuff, he was professional and really went out of his way to help us, make us feel confident, not only in the vehicle were we looking at, but in him. I had thoughts of looking at another dealership to compare, he went online, helped us realize the pros and cons of both vehicle and made it really easy for us to make an informed decision. I feel like if we have any issues in the future, he'll be there for us in any way he can, which hasn't be our experience in the past. More
