From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and guided in the right direction. We came in with our minds set on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and they pointed us towards Cam Beaton. He was awesome right off the start and very accommodating as we didn’t know exactly what we were looking for. He pulled up various models for us to test drive, along with broke down everything and made sure we had no questions. We felt very comfortable talking with him, as he never made us feel pressured or that he just there to receive a pay check. We highly recommend Cam! We later got called about the month end promo that they were having, and they invited us to come down. Once again we were greeted with 5 star service. On this day is when we met Marino and Jeff who also took great care in making sure we were comfortable (offering coffee, pizza) and taking the time to sit down and discuss all of our options in great detail. We had 2 trade ins that we were offered a fair amount for. They also bent over backwards to give us the best deal possible. In the end we were stuck between 2 models, and they worked to find exactly what we wanted between both vehicles that included all the features in one. After all was said and done, we can say that we appreciated the respect and excellent customer service we received while dealing at Crestview. We received exactly what we wanted due to the fact that Cam, Jeff, and Marino took the time to take us for test drives, sit down multiple times with us, as well as spend the time and effort to make us happy. We highly recommend Crestview and the staff there as they were nothing short of fantastic! More

Good sales and service I have bought two trucks from them now and took my father in law here when he bought his as well. Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable enough to fill I have bought two trucks from them now and took my father in law here when he bought his as well. I have also used their service department a few times for minor things but it’s been taken care of the first visit. Only one time I needed to return and that was due to a part needing to be ordered. I really appreciate that their shuttle service picks up AND drops off. Other dealers in this city don’t do that. More
