Sales team Good, Service not so much. I bought a brand new 2018 Ram Sport 1500. Not even 24 hours later had issues with the backup camera. Was told by the service that 10 days was as soo I bought a brand new 2018 Ram Sport 1500. Not even 24 hours later had issues with the backup camera. Was told by the service that 10 days was as soon as they could get it in. The sales team asked if there was anything they could do as I literally drove off the lot 24 hours prior. They said no, didn't bother escalating the manner or situation to a senior manager. Cannot recommend a dealership that is that quick in slapping its customers to the side after spending that kind of money on vehicle. More

Damaged Rim Should of been stranded! Well I don’t know where to start! Shawn from Alberta Custom Gaskets and I am from Sherwood Park Alberta. I was in Saskatchewan with my company van an Well I don’t know where to start! Shawn from Alberta Custom Gaskets and I am from Sherwood Park Alberta. I was in Saskatchewan with my company van and RAN into a 10” pot hole in Regina. Instantly my tire blew and the rim was toast. So I got a tow to Crestview Chrysler. After a hour or looking for a new rim anywhere in western Canada for my Promaster City with no luck Troy ( the service manager) took matters into his own hands. It looked like I was stranded for approximately 1 week due to these wheels not being available( that’s another story, bad on you Chrysler CANADA for not having addacuite wheels available!) Troy had himself and a few other people working on trying to get me back On the road to Sherwood Park. They searched every possible resource possible then sent my wheel over to a wheel shop to have it repaired, not knowing if it will work or not as the damage was really bad. Expecting to be there till noon at minimum if it could be fixed I was presently surprised when I seen my van driving around the corner less than a hour later. I went to chat with Troy and Lance( the technician that was working on it) and they said it was good to go. By the way Lance was great he was extreamly professional and just about willing to give me the shirt off his back. I never thought that things would of been this smooth after something like this but at the end of the day I’m home and my wheel is all good. I would like to thank Troy and Lance for their professionalism and how they made me fell like I was in good hands. Never before have I been treated this well. Thanks guys and when I am back in Regina in a month or 2 I will stop by with some Tim Hortons. P.s. 4211 Albert street entrance to the Tim Hirtons/ subway has a massive pot hole still and it’s July 12th. Chrysler please get wheels to your dealerships if your trying to have fleet vehicles. More
