Love my new Jeep I went in to trade my jeep on a new one and Steve found exactly what I was looking for. I loved my old jeep but really wanted to upgrade to a 2018. St I went in to trade my jeep on a new one and Steve found exactly what I was looking for. I loved my old jeep but really wanted to upgrade to a 2018. Steve and Marino were able to work out a great price for me and Cameron in finance found an affordable warranty package to go with it. I've also dealt with Kevin in service for years. Overall great staff at this location and a pleasure to deal with. More
Good pricing, but not a smooth process We went specifically to this dealership because we knew we wanted a Dodge Caravan, and we knew that this dealership had preferred pricing for our occu We went specifically to this dealership because we knew we wanted a Dodge Caravan, and we knew that this dealership had preferred pricing for our occupation. We got what we wanted and we have no complaints about the pricing. Areas of customer that could be improved are: - we were in the dealership, hovering around and checking out the specific van that we wanted for about 20 minutes. No one came to help us. Instead, after waiting for 20 minutes, I had to go to the desk and ask if anyone could help me. - you'd think that considering we knew exactly we wanted, it would be a quick process. Instead, we were there for about 3.5 hours. 3.5 hours! No shopping around, no test drive, no nothing. We bee-lined it towards what we wanted and still it took that long. - We were in a rush to leave because we had to pick up our daughter from daycare, so we didn't do a thorough check of the vehicle. The next day we had to come back because we realized that the van didn't have the headsets for the DVD system. Our salesperson just took headsets from another van on the floor and gave it to us. Makes me wonder what else we could be missing. - After driving it for a day, we realized that one windshield wiper was missing. Instead of doing yet another trip back to the dealership, we just bought another windshield wiper for $20. Once again, I ask, what else am I missing? More

Got my dream vehicle until it was driven off the lot Cam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked to be sure we got the best deal for what we were looking for. He kept in touch with us throughout Cam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked to be sure we got the best deal for what we were looking for. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. After bringing the vehicle home, we began to notice many of the listed selling features didn't work. The heated seats, command start, rear window defrost and, accessory plug in were broken and didn't work. One of the seat belts were broken as well. Five days after we had the Jeep home, the check engine light came on. We had found a few receipts in the glove box from the previous owners from Crestview Service Department stating that the transmission was in need of being flushed. We of course assumed this work had been done because they boast about the complete bumper to bumper used vehicle inspections they do before they list to sell anything that had been traded in. Obviously, this is NOT the case. After calling, we were told the transmission flush had in fact not been done because it passed their inspection. I am so glad I purchased extended warrant. I made it known from the beginning I wanted extended warranty but when the payment didn't work for us, they tried to convince us we wouldn't really require it because Jeeps are low maintenance. We purchased it anyway and am I ever glad we did. Needless to say, the Jeep is booked to go in for service. If we could return it and walk away, we would! This has been a terrible experience for us. Maybe their new vehicles are better? More
A nightmare. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS. Fellow consumers, friends, and strangers. Allow me to share with you my nightmare that was doing business with PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS. Fellow consumers, friends, and strangers. Allow me to share with you my nightmare that was doing business with Crestview Chrysler of Regina. First of all I'm sure most can agree the experience of buying a new, or used car isn't normally a stress free pleasurable one. "Am I overpaying? Can I afford this? What the xxxx is a pro pack, and why is it $3500? Just let me sign these papers, and get out of here already." You sign the papers, and drive off in your new car. Mostly forgetting about all that crap you just signed. Happy you won't need to do it again for another 10 years or so. If only I had been so lucky. After buying my used car from Crestview, about a month and a half later I had learned that its original owner was a rental company in Alberta. I was made aware that this should have been disclosed, and signed off on as per the FCAA legislation. Failure to disclose this would allow me to completely unwind the entire contract for a full refund. I also learned that the extended warranty I purchased for $4500 hadn't even been processed, which the company providing the warranty told me was odd for the amount of time that had past since the purchase. They told me it should have been done by end of the month, and as far as they could tell my warranty didn't even exist. Now I wasn't so naïve to believe that I would just walk back in the dealership, point out thier error, and we would all have a good laugh while they gave me my money back. However I wasn't expecting to be condescended, and treated like a fool while they tried to dismiss the problem. "Don't worry about that buddy. We will just get you in a new car for a real good price. Shhh, it doesn't matter that it was a rental cause you're getting a new one now, right buddy"? After I had tried to show the salesman who had been sent over to deal with me the legislation, and carfax I had printed off, trying to explain to him that I'd like to speak with the sales manager, and that I wasn't simply going to accept "A real sweet deal" that's when things weren't so chummy anymore. Without actually telling me to leave, he had made it pretty clear he wanted me to leave. He cut me off saying "Oh I know the law. We won't be unwinding the contract though. The sales manager is busy. You will need to wait for the general manager to come in. He isn't here for another few days. Bye." So I left feeling extremely angry, and unimportant. When I got home I wrote the salesmanager an email explaining my intention if this wasn't resolved quickly. To avoid reporting them to the FCAA for investigation, and dragging this out I said I'd agree to pay for the stupid pro pack I purchased, and buy a new vehicle through them as long as they refunded the rest of the contract, and got this over with. He of course called me immediately, and agreed. Unfortunately this doesn't end here. The dismissive, smug salesman would of course be the one appointed to me to finalize the new deal. I should add that he fits the car salesman stereotype perfectly. So much so that under different circumstances it might have even been mildly amusing. So obviously we are best pals again, and I go back to being "Buddy". I show him the car I want which has been recently discounted from $48,500 to $45,500. I go into the finance room to sign the paperwork (omitting the pro pack this time...). "Blah blah blah sign here, initial here." I look over the bill of sale and notice the price on the contract is set at $48,500 for the new car. I tell her the advertised price, and send her a link to the ad. "whoops, we'll change that then". Close call. Thankfully I was paying attention. It still doesn't end. I go to the dealership a couple days later to finally get my new car as it needed to be transfered from Saskatoon. My salesmen insists I do his review at his desk as he is one, or two short for the month to receive his bonus. I'm not in a mood to sit, and do a review for him at his desk. Besides the fact there was still a few outstanding details in the deal yet to be finalized. I do however promise him I'll do his review later that evening. Even though I would probably regret that (my last bargaining chip). After finally getting my new car, and driving it home. I go to the passenger side to put my new floor mats in, and notice two small, but very noticeable chips in the paint. I take a picture, and send it to my salesmen. He gets back to me a day and a half later. He tells me they will take care of it, and to come down the following week. I tell him I had booked the car in for modification at another shop for the following day as I didn't think such a small repair could possibly take more than a day. I asked if he could let me know how long the repair would take in case I needed to reschedule with the other shop. "Well they will want it the whole day because I told them to do a real good job, ok buddy"?. Ok, fair enough, so tomorrow morning I should be able to get my car, and bring it to the other shop. "They said they will do their best". Now I'm not a professional autobody detailer, but if I were, I feel like I could look at two small stone chips on a car, and tell you exactly how long this would take to fix. Let me be clear that I wasn't asking for him to tell them to hurry up. I was asking for a time so I could make appropriate arrangements, and not waste the other shop's time by scheduling appointments I couldn't make before the long weekend. I decided to call the Crestview bodyshop directly the morning I had booked the other shop so I could possibly get an exact answer, and possibly still make the appointment, or cancel it decisively. They of course no nothing about it because my car isn't there, its "Somewhere else". I cancel the appointment at the other shop, and reschedule for next week. My salesmen calls me shortly after, and begins to condescend me. "Buddy. Why are you calling around to everyone about this? You're making a big deal out of this. Don't you want them to do a good job? Did you want them to use a touchup pen? The car will be done when it's done. We will call you. You're not the only customer. We told you two days". I went ahead, and tracked my vehicle to the autobody shop doing the work using my Sirius Guardian car locater app since my salesmen refused to tell me during our conversation. Contacted them, and they were able to explain the work being done, and an exact time of completion very easily. Never heard from the salesmen again, and frankly hope I never do. I mentioned that I had already posted a review on the Crestview Facebook page on behalf of my salesmen- Brent Wright. I would now like to give my real review as I'm certain I will finally not have to set foot in that building again, and no longer have to fear any further run-around from them. Turn around, and run. Run to any other dealership in the province if you need to. No one purchasing anything, nevermind an expensive vehicle deserves this brand of customer service. It's likely that my experience is rare, but it's still a possibility at Crestview obviously. Never once was he apologetic for any inconveniences. Always made me feel like a nag for asking about my contract issue, then the arrival of my car, then the $2000 cheque I was owed, and now for the repair of a new car. I remained polite, and as patient as possible through all of this, but this was the last straw. We as consumers have many options to take our business, which might be the only solace in the two month long nightmare I've endured. I would urge you to use that freedom if you are in the market for a new vehicle now, or in the future to avoid even the remote possibility of a similar experience. I even left quite a bit of it out as this review has already ran at length. I will post this elsewhere. Word of mouth , and social media stretches very far. Please share it, and save others from this gong show. Good luck if you decide to choose this dealership anyways. I can assure you that you will need every bit of it. More
