I went into the dealership not anticipating how amazing this e I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Courtesy Chrysler. I went into the dealership not anticipating how amazing this experience would be for my 3 year old daughter and I. We were welcomed with beverages, suckers, toys and smiling faces. In fact she still asks if we can go back. I was introduced to a polite and professional salesman named Taylor. Through quick and clear communication I knew exactly what I wanted. Taylor and the staff were very accommodating and attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond to customize my 2015 Jeep Grande Cherokee to have everything that I wanted, yet still keep it within my budget. I still can't believe the finished product! I was transferred to the finance department where Ryan was equally as professional and welcoming. Ryan made the financing a stress free process to purchase my beautiful new car. At no point did I feel any pressure or obligations. I did appreciate his professional opinion on what he thought would best suit my needs. Another great experience in the purchasing process!
