I LOVE MY JEEP!!!!!! I spent the last few months looking at new vehicles. I had gone to the auto show to try to make a decision as to what I really liked and which ones I I spent the last few months looking at new vehicles. I had gone to the auto show to try to make a decision as to what I really liked and which ones I wanted to test drive. To my surprise, I fell in love with the new Jeeps. I ended up at Courtesy only because I had entered a contest they had going and they called me to set up a test drive. I was hesitant to do so as I have had frustrating experiences with dealers in the past. Of course I was guarded going in and Darrell seemed to be just like any other salesman. We chose the new Cherokee Trailhawk and I am extremely happy I did. I soon found that the people at Courtesy aren't just like all the other dealerships. By far the whole experience with Courtesy was 100 % better than any of my previous. Darrell and Kim, thank you so much for your time and patience. I realize a little late, that if this was to be our family vehicle for at least the next 5 years I'd better find a way to like it. The only way to do that was to upgrade with some bells and whistles that I'd become accustomed to. Darrel, Chris and Kim were understanding, accommodating, and generally phenomenal with the customer service. I can't thank them enough! What we ended up with was a 30th anniversary edition of the same van so now the whole family is in love! I will definelty purchase another vehicle from them...it just won't be next month! More

Amazing Experience Me and my spouse were looking to purchase a newer vehicle, I went in there on my own to have a look at the used car side, Brian Blackburn was there to Me and my spouse were looking to purchase a newer vehicle, I went in there on my own to have a look at the used car side, Brian Blackburn was there to help me with questions and answers and was full of valuable information, after I looked around I explained that my spouse would be back on Thursday so we would be by on friday, I made sure brian was there so he could talk to my spouse etc, we have never owned a Bran new vehicle so we really weren't thinking bran new, well with the encouragement from brian we said why not, so off we go to do paper work and then pick a bran new van I saw many but fell in love with one so we test drove it etc, went and applied and found out about some fraud etc...... I have never experienced this xx before and let me tell ya it was frustrating, it took 12 long days to get sorted out but the best part of it all, Brian Kim and Matt were all wonderful and patient and reassured me everyday that the van wasn't going no where we would get it sorted out...... after almost two weeks it was final and they did everything they could and we got the call we got approved! !!! When we went to pick it up I screamed with excitement in the store you have no idea how amazing these people are and how wonderful of a salesman Brian is!!! We cannot wait to buy another vehicle from them!!!! Dan Elliot was sent our way. For the first time ever I actually had a sales rep speaking with ME about what I wanted in a new Jeep. Usually I get ignored and they speak with my husband. Dan Elliot was friendly and wonderful to work with. He never tried to up sell us and kept us within our budget. He was happy and excited for us on our new purchase. In all my 38 years he is the BEST sales rep in any retail setting that I have ever been privileged to deal with. Arsalan Zuhair was also great to work with. Crunching the #'s he made sure we were within our budget. He was friendly and very helpful. Linette Andreas worked with us on financing. She was kind and patient and made the financing work for us. New van purchase I went looking for a van with a good deal. I was welcomed by Darrel Sirelpluu. He worked out to give us the best deal suitable for us in all means: quality, safety, options, and financially. We got the van because of his eagerness to make it happen. Afterward, when it was time to pick up the van he made sure to go over every detail even washing our old licence plate. It was a very good experience ended up with a brand new van for the family. They welcomed outside information. They offered appropriate incentives. They obviously wanted to make a sale, but they didn't push, annoy, or cajole in order to do this, instead they offered information and waited for my decision.
