After visiting several dealerships we went back to our first test drive location, Courtesy Chrysler. We had the most amazing experience with Brian Blackburn. We felt at ease, with no pressure. We were waiting for a jeep with all the selections we wanted or going to go factory direct.Brian kept in contact with us and kept us in the loop with what was coming in. We had just decided to order from the factory or look for a different jeep model. I stopped into the dealership to discuss my options with Brian and show my sister in law what the Trailhawk looked like. There was a jeep there to show but it had already sold. Turned out the buyer had backed out and the sign hadn't been taken down. The jeep was available for me! We sat down with Brian and went over the details and decided to go for it. We headed to finance to speak with Glenn.he gave us our options and did all the work for us. The next day the registration and insurance were handled. I headed to Courtesy with my business, and was not disappointed. I was pleasantly approached by Brian Blackburn and we chatted about jeeps. Brian answered all my questions and was very knowledgable, he is a fellow jeep owner and understood my needs. The gentlemen worked hard to find the right product for me, a Sahara Unlimited with a manual transmission. Ironically, they found the exact vehicle I wanted at the other, non-helpful dealership and had it sent over for me. Then soon after I received a full tour of the vehicle and how it works; this was done by Phil Lawrence who was friendly and helpful. Puddin Pop, Lanette and Matt We met Tim at the auto show a few weeks before we went in looking to buy our new Jeep. He was great explaining the difference between the Grand Cherok We met Tim at the auto show a few weeks before we went in looking to buy our new Jeep. He was great explaining the difference between the Grand Cherokee and the Regular Cherokee. He followed up with me a few weeks afterwards and was great (persistent). I loved it being a sales guy myself. We went in just before the and of March to see Tim because they had some great sales going on. He showed us a Trailhawk which we really loved however it was out of the price range, so they gave me another option that had everything we were looking for and was in the budget. Overall Tim was incredible to deal with and I have already told my friends about him and hope to give him my business in the future. After we dealt with Tim we then were given to Lanette, she was amazing so friendly and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with getting the numbers setup for us. Mat was great he was our numbers guy, took the time to explain the financing for us and our go forward plan for my bad credit it was great. We will for sure be back to this dealership!! More

When I called him back and gave him the rundown of what we were looking for and the price, although a little optimistic, he did not give up. He came through for us and put us in a fantastic vehicle at an amazing price. He made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Tim is the type of person one looks for in a sales person. He was persistent but never pushy. He was honest and we left with exactly what we agreed on. Lanette was our finance officer on the loan and she took the time to explain everything in detail, giving us the pros and cons of each option.
