This year being extremely pressed for time, we needed our new Caravan, but without the hassle of long appointments, lot walks, suggested upgrades and tire kicking. The team at Courtesy was able to quote a value for my trade in (our existing Caravan), send us a rock bottom price for our new van, do up the paperwork and have us out of there with one quick visit and then a minimum of calls and emails. When we arrived to grab our new van and hand over the old one, Tim and Stephen had us out of there in RECORD time. Not much more than an hour. I wasn't rushed and I didn't receive a lack of information, any questions I did have were fully answered as always, but the team knew I had already decided what I wanted, have owned the same van three times over and just wanted NEW, quick and painless. Thanks for making the experience exactly what I hoped for yet again. Our van is the family lifeblood for so many of our experiences and activities. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks again! More

Cherokee Jeep he went through the whole vehicle as to what it was all about - what it had to offer & how the vehicle ran. Once we went for the test drive my mind was made up, this was the vehicle for me. I had gone to 4 other Dealerships before I had gone to Courtesy Chrysler. Should have gone with my intuition first. Poor service and feedback My vehicle required a fluid change which was duly organised. I requested that the vehicle be checked over at the same time. The cost of which was in e My vehicle required a fluid change which was duly organised. I requested that the vehicle be checked over at the same time. The cost of which was in excess of $1500. My neighbour noticed that the passenger tail light was not working so I returned to Courtesy and was assured that it would be fixed quickly as it was a minor repair. Two and a half hours later the vehicle was brought to reception not repaired!. the receptionist (Jason Wilson) fitted a new bulb himself. The light worked. A couple of days later the light stopped working again so I went to Courtesy and asked to speak to the Service Manager (Roger Seegmiller) who looked at the issue and stated that I needed a new, complete, light fixture costing $220 which he said he would try and discount. There were none in stock and he promised to call me when the parts were received. It has been in excess of two months and no call or appointment for the repair. I suspect that Courtesy feel it is a minor issue and has been overlooked. I have had my vehicle serviced at Courtesy for a number of years but think it may be time for a change. More
