Things were a little disorganized in regards to swapping out the trade in vehicle, getting a second key made for the new one and having them transfer my registration. Most importantly there was no pressure. I had done my research and had been to multiple dealerships (GMC, Ford, and Dodge) and by far had the best experience at Courtesy which ultimately made our decision to buy there. More

Big let down Had to take my vehicle to another mechanic shop after Courtesy had done work on it. Courtesy Chrysler had my vehicle for a whole day, I then had to Had to take my vehicle to another mechanic shop after Courtesy had done work on it. Courtesy Chrysler had my vehicle for a whole day, I then had to come back to the Courtesy shop to get the skid plate reattached, I left Courtesy and the noise was still there. I asked my bother to look at it, because I had just spent $1,300 on my jeep at Courtesy and thought he might be able to find the issue with no extra cost to me, however he isn't a mechanic and couldn't figure out what the problem was. What I learned from taking it to another mechanic is that Courtesy neglected to tighten TWO bolts on the new control arm that was installed! I was permitted to go into the shop and actually look at the bolts, how they just spun around in the hole floored me. I find this to be a huge safety concern and carelessness on the competencies of Courtesy Chrysler's shop. I hope that whoever did the install of this part will be informed of the utter negligence in their work. When I made my original appointment over the phone for my tune up and oil change on September 21, it was apparently not recorded into the system because when I arrived at the shop on October 2 there was no such appointment made. I was grateful that Tracey was able to get me in for the day I booked the appointment, but have to wonder if this is why there was such a miss on my service. Tracey was very pleasant to deal with but when providing me with a quote on the total amount of my service, indicated that the bill would come to $849.00. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was $1351.33, quite a difference. I thankfully had enough money to cover it at the time but it would have been nice to know the full cost right up front. Being a person that doesn't know a whole lot about vehicles getting charged twice in a year for sparkplug replacement, having items not properly installed and having to find a new shop to take my jeep to has left me feeling taken advantage of. Due to these facts I will never return to Courtesy Chrysler for service or vehicle purchase. More
