Excellent First Time Experience I recently had to go to a Chrysler dealership as my key fob was not opening up the doors on my vehicle. I have had experiences with other Chrysler dealerships in Calgary and was not inclined to return to any of them. I decided to give Courtesy Chrysler a chance to look after my problems. I could not be more impressed. Two people went out of their way to make my experience a memorable one. The first person was Ronalyn(spelling??) who as it turns out was the dispatcher, and Ahmed Elnahas, the service advisor that looked after me. I got an appointment quickly on my first visit, thanks to Ronalyn, and on the day of service my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Not only that, my key fob has never ever worked this well. I will definitely take my next service requirement back to Courtesy Chrysler. A very satisfied Courtesy Chrysler service customer. Bad technical staff This dealership was unable to fix my PT Cruiser. The highly skilled and factory trained technicians "couldn't replicate the problem" and couldn't fix This dealership was unable to fix my PT Cruiser. The highly skilled and factory trained technicians "couldn't replicate the problem" and couldn't fix the vehicle because the check engine light feature didn't tell them what was wrong! Numerous service efforts have left me with a vehicle which doesn't work. Now my transmission is broke and no one, not even Chrysler Canada is willing to help. Simply put, Chrysler Canada builds throw away vehicles. Mine has 60,000 Km's and is headed to the scrap yard. More

At pick up there were a number of small items in terms of cleanliness and items missing that were to be installed. When identified the issues were immediately corrected. Could be a bit more proactive in preparing the vehicles for customer delivery but otherwise I had a great experience. More

Great service I went in looking for a jeep Yannick covered the features of all the different models with me and sold me on a new Sahara. He pulled the finance guy I went in looking for a jeep Yannick covered the features of all the different models with me and sold me on a new Sahara. He pulled the finance guys in and they put together a deal for me that worked pretty quick and I drove away within a couple hours in my new jeep. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Love the jeep. Love the service. If you need a new vehicle I would highly recommend Yannick and team at courtesy!! More
