Excellent First Time Experience I recently had to go to a Chrysler dealership as my key fob was not opening up the doors on my vehicle. I have had experiences with other Chrysler dealerships in Calgary and was not inclined to return to any of them. I decided to give Courtesy Chrysler a chance to look after my problems. I could not be more impressed. Two people went out of their way to make my experience a memorable one. The first person was Ronalyn(spelling??) who as it turns out was the dispatcher, and Ahmed Elnahas, the service advisor that looked after me. I got an appointment quickly on my first visit, thanks to Ronalyn, and on the day of service my vehicle was ready when they said it would be.
