Excellent customer service brings me back I purchased a used Mazda Tribute after my Toyota had been written off due to trees falling on it 2 years ago. salesman Mazda Mike made me feel so co I purchased a used Mazda Tribute after my Toyota had been written off due to trees falling on it 2 years ago. salesman Mazda Mike made me feel so comfortable it was as if we had know each other for years and I was so happy with the customer service! Hot chocolates when your car is serviced and a personal phone call and gift certificate on my birthday !! Who does that? When Snow storms caused a collision with my tribute which unfortunately was also a write off - there was no hesitation who I trusted most to get me a quality replacement vehicle. Poor Mike was fighting an awful cold and still stayed late in the evening and took the time to take care of my needs. Magic Chad Johnston worked wonders to make the financing happen and also stayed late putting off a personal commitment to make sure I got my deal. I'm now in a brand new Mazda CX3 which I absolutely love!! 1 week later a received a beautiful gift basket of sweet and salty goodies hand signed by owner, Corey. Again, who else does that?? !!
