They are slimy liars who don't care about customers at all. Their service department is terrible and don't know the vehicles they are working on. Overall I have never had a positive experience over the past 5 years of trying to make up for my big mistake of going to them in the first place. More

During my two visits I asked some rather technical questions, (I'm a home mechanic) most of which Chantelle was able to answer, the few she could not she didn't attempt to bluff her way through, she excused herself, left her office and returned with the service manager, who was just as helpfull.
