From the first phone call right through the whole experience, Aaron was helpful and friendly and as a fellow car guy knew exactly what I was after. I explained about my bad credit (divorce...) and Logan went to work trying to secure me a loan. Not the easiest thing to do for an older used car with my credit. Not only did he get me the loan but he got me an interest rate that was much better than I was expecting. My living on the mainland meant there was a lot of phone calls but Aaron and Logan always either answered me right away or got back to me quickly and when I finally came in to get the car, Aaron came in on his day off. I can see why this dealership has such a good rating. Thanks again guys. More

We have had our Mazdas serviced here regularly and have always come away completely satisfied; the Hot Chocolates are a nice final touch. Experienced technical staff have helped solve any issues quickly and cost effectively. We have always bought used vehicles, our last one being a 2014 CX5. The plan was to buy a 2017 model year CX5 (highly recommended by vehicle critics) a couple of years down the road. However, our daughter was in immediate need of a reliable vehicle, so we decided sell her ours to her and buy a new one now. Chantelle, our sales person, showed us a vehicle that was exactly as I had described to her in an email to set up an appointment for a test drive. Chantelle was punctual and well organised. The test drive and buying experience was excellent. Chantelle is very knowledgeable about the new vehicles and explained the improvements in the new CX5 very well. Chantelle was very good at keeping in touch via email even before we purchased a vehicle from her. Her demeanour as a sales person is professional and friendly. As an aside, the price on the new CX5 was better than any other viewed online at other Mazda dealerships. Thank you Chantelle. More
